MAIN TASK | 2nd THUMBNAIL | Production Diary

The thumbnail for my second video has to have the same composition as my first one to keep it consistent and recognizable.

The first had a image from the game as the background with the logo in the characters eye with a number to mark the episode.





The image I'm using for this thumbnail is an SSX promotional image. I'm finding it difficult to find a place for the logo to fit in, I'm thinking of putting it on top of the two "S"s. The episode number will be in the same place because there's no need to change that.




I have three ideas for the position of the logo:

My first was over the "S"s like I said before because it adds a little more flare to the "S"s and leaves the character and the entire left side blank for the number to go.







The second option s to pt it over the "X" because its a more central position, which is good for a logo as the audience will see it as the centre piece of the image.

The last idea was to put it over the characters face, this leaves the title untouched and people will personify the logo. This also leaves space for the number but isn't as blatant as the other two ideas

In the end I think the best option would be to put he logo over the face of the character, it leaves space or the title and number, plus having the logo on a character could be a recurring feature in my channel's thumbnails.
