The news page had few images and small news stories so I'll fill up on those for now.
The page used to look like this:
But after adding some text I've filled the gaps a little.
However this layout looks a little too messy for my website, so I tried centring all the images and text and I thought it worked out pretty well, here's what it looks like (roughly):
